1. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or defective product.
- Missing item.
- Wrong item received.
An unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory to process any return request.
2. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your Ishvara account.
- Navigate to the "Order Details" section, select the relevant order, and click on the "Request Return" button.
- Submit a reason for the return and send an unboxing video to care@ishvarastore.com, along with your order details and a description of the issue.
Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product via our logistics partner.
3. Are there any conditions for returns?
Yes, returns must meet these conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags and labels must be intact.
Claims may be rejected if there is insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the package.
4. Who bears the shipping costs for returns?
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, Ishvara Store will bear the return shipping costs. For non-reverse serviceable pin codes, you may need to send the product via an alternate courier like India Post, and we will reimburse up to ₹70 for shipping costs.
5. How are refunds processed?
Refunds are initiated after the returned product is inspected and approved. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-8 business days for the return processing and an additional 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. What should I do if the delivery partner is unable to pick up my return?
If the delivery partner cannot pick up your return due to unavailability or unanswered calls, the reverse pick-up will be canceled. You’ll need to re-initiate the return process. We advise being available for the scheduled pick-up to avoid delays.
7. Are there areas where reverse pickup is unavailable?
In rare cases, certain pin codes are not reverse serviceable. If this occurs, we may request you to ship the product via an alternate courier service (like India Post) and reimburse up to ₹70 for the shipping cost incurred.
